Learn and practice meditation and mindfulness in a 1:1 setting, where we focus on breathing deeply as well as learning tools to experience stillness and open mindedness. Meditation sessions are catered to your needs and desires. Among other tools, we will use guided visualization to stimulate self discovery and recognition of personal intuition.
